Did God intend to save all humanity? - Yes
Does God intend to save all humanity? - Yes
Will God save all humanity? - Yes

1 Tim 2:4,6 - 4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

6Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

1 John 4:14 - 14And we have seen and do testify that the Father sent the Son to be the Saviour of the world.

John 12:32 -  32And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

Hebrews 7:25 - 25Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Romans 11:26 - 26And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Acts 3:20-21 20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:

21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

Just to name a scant few verses.

Yes.  All humanity is invited to be saved.  Free will allows that some will say no, but that is their choice.

Surely many today pass away without accepting Christ as their savior. Thus, the question is, If God intended to save all humanity, then why isn't it happening? Can God's intention and power be thwarted by man's resistance? To be sure, man can resist God - and they do. But in God's omnipotence, He can overcome man's resistance if it pleases Him to do so. God's election in granting sovereign grace to some and not all does not make him unjust (see Romans 9). We all have sinned against a pure and holy and righteous God. The just punishment is eternal condemnation. God's gift of grace to save some simply means he's being merciful to one group and giving justice to the other. NEITHER group receives INJUSTICE.

As for "who" the elect are, Jesus speaks of them in John 17:6-9:

"I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word. Now they know that everything you have given me comes from you. For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them. They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me. I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours."

    My answer is no

    God has much patients

2Pe 3:9  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

But one day that patients ends

Mat 22:13  Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Mat 22:14  For many are called, but few are chosen.
