Is anywhere that's Islamic free and fair place to live
Canada has many Islamic people here now and it seems to me that the first thing they want is to change laws that suit their religion. Between things like their own courts , women wearing burkas etc., they seem to not realise that what made Canada so great is that these kind of beliefs aren't part of our society and that they don't work anywhere. If this religion is so great then why are Islamic nations so bad to live in?
my question was is there any place that is nice to live in that is Islamic. saying there are more then 7500 innocent Pakistanis in american jails is like saying that all muslims are terrorists. how do you know they are innocent? the laws that muslims want to change are based on their religion not on facts and if you are not muslim then these laws are against everything that modern society has strived for. yes i think america is a good place to live as well as canada. i've never been to israel so i can't answer that question, though i believe it would be a better place to live then pakistan, saudi arabia, sudan etc. how is making laws or courts that justify honour killings a good thing. how is letting women be dominated by men a good thing. how is forcing your daughters to act like they are your property a good thing etc, etc, etc,
In its Material Sense ... Canada, or wherever there is Rule of law ... at least "in Principle" is a free and fair place to live ...
But Islam not only Addresses the External Factors ... one's ambiance ... it lays much greater stress, on the "Inner" self of the Individual ...
Islam Guarantees, that Muslims, "live" a Free and Fair life ... wherever they might live ... Canada or elsewhere ... even if they be situated by circumstance ... in the very bowels of Hypocrisy.
Regarding "Burkas" ... Muslims just want to be left alone with their Practices ... we do not want that you should change the Secular laws you follow ...just accommodate whats our Practice.
Tell me, is there any sense in throwing out students from School ... just because they wear what is theirs traditionally ?
Some say UAE is the best, probably because, most people living there have a great deal of money and have plenty to loose. However, other Islamic nations are infamous for being below par on human rights. Additionally, UAE has also had poor human rights record....
