of course. i believe stress is a choice that people make. is it really worth stressing over spilt milk?
that's probably on a lower scale of what is going on out in the world, but stress has a huge effect on health and how you handle a situation.
stress also leads to depression, which leads to tension in the body and then the body cannot function which can be very harmful and life threatening.
if you find you stress alot, it might be a good idea to sit in a quiet space and remind yourself, what it is that makes you relax. whether it be singing, dancing or going for a walk, and do that more often and force yourself if you have to sometimes.
life can be so enjoyable and liberating if you take each step gradually and at a pace you are comfortable with. live life to the fullest and have fun.
