This depends upon what you mean when you ask that question.
For example, when you read a book, especially if it is fiction, you automatically visualize as you follow the story. You might not be aware of it, but you do.
Likewise, when you write a story, or tell it orally, you also visualize though, once again, you might not realize it.
Visualizing as technique to steady the mind and concentrate on an object it far more difficult. The object might be clear at the start, but it will probably change as you follow it with your attention. Visualizing takes considerable discipline when you try it this way. I suggest you read up on it. A book by Shakti Gawain called 'Creative Visualization' might get you started in the right direction.
