The Criminal Code is not a holy book?

One of two men accused of an al-Qaeda-directed plot to derail a Via passenger train appeared to question the authority of a Toronto court on Wednesday, saying that the Criminal Code should not apply to him because it's "not a holy book."

What should be done with these people. Do we send them back to where the criminal code is a holy book or lock them up for a few hundred years.

Throw him into a pit of burning sulfur.  Tell him it's a punishment from a holy book.

      Problem solved.

Hang a slab of bacon around his neck, kill two birds with one stone.  You can never go wrong with bacon.

Or, conversely, lock him in a room with the first 72 prostitutes you can find on East 10th Street in NYC.  Don't do gender checks on them.  Tell them they get half pay now, half pay later.  Offer a bonus for enthusiasm.

Seems along the same line as I was thinking. Well thought out answer.

Hey - did you write the book on military torture in middle eastern countries?
