Why is it that some are called upon God to write daily about him, and others are not?

Maybe the message to be conveyed is within those topics.

Or perhaps your true self, acknowledging the massive cognitive dissonance with trying to write about a nonexistent son of god, is sending you a message that you might want to write about something that actually is real and worth writing about?

I don't think that God is calling them to write daily, it is something they choose to do of their own accord.  They might not recognise the subconscious desire to write within them, so are justifying their actions by blaming it on God.  "God made me do it."

Just how do you know what God wants of another person?

The Kingdom of Heaven is Within each and every person without descrimination.
