Ya. It does. It sometimes feels like somebody killed us from inside. But this is what we have to understand, & work on our self, from inside to make us strong, and get over that resentment, to share our true authentic love, with the one's who deserve in our life.
The one who shares the honest love with us, doesn't deserve any bitterness, we carry from the past, and we can only share our honest love, if the heart is free from bitterness towards anybody.
Nicely explained. It is easy to let go of anger and resentment. Take deep breaths of air and release them each time with feelings of peace while resting from all thoughts of bitterness. Just let all resentments go with each breath, consciously and physically. Do it until you can feel the relaxation that comes with calmness. Hopefully it happens before you get dizzy.
