                           Individuation is real self knowledge.A psychological process too painful for religionists, as it involves taking total responsibility for soul, spirit and body.
                           This is a well known and understood system of self awareness that takes most people a lifetime.
                           Carl Jung made the point that man would rather believe any rubbish rather than take even a glimpse at self, and from experience I can tell you that is true.

                              I have looked at myself for decades and have found that to be consumed with love beyond my own ability to love, living outside of my own selfishness and wants has made me aware of love to a degree that I can define for hours.
                              
                              Living as it were in love, by this love and for the sake of love to be at one with love.
                              This has given me the ability to love myself and others as I love myself.
                              
                              Decades of this experience is my proof, unless I get my wife to tell you.
                              or my family.
                              
                              I do not like to talk of myself.
