oh i see.  well good luck with that.

Obviously you don't understand. That is okay, because you don't have to.

What you don't realize is there is choice whether or not, someone answers a silly or foolish question in a forum based public. Not everyone is willing to talk to everyone.

You seem to lose sight of that. Why? Because, your reason for being here is different than theirs.

You are technically outside, in a park, having a conversation, with any number of people at once, yet you don't have to speak over anyone. So, asking some stranger a question shows how willing or open they are to discussing what was asked.

Even, if you don't get an answer- it is something that they are comfortable discussing. Therefore, if I want to talk to that person again or ask something different, then I can figure out what their response will be like- positive or negative.

I'm sorry you don't see that, but it's nothing new for the average person, to comprehend, because their view or concept of life is skewed by something. Usually, it's their own limitations, but I'm not going to speculate to what your view or concept of life is.

I hope you find my explanation of my actions good enough. Since, it was so important for you to know.

    Have a great day."

you mean this little thread?  look buddy as i explained before i was just joking around.  believe it or not, i don't take these forums anywhere near as seriously as you do obviously.  And for your verification, i just spent like almost 3 hours reanalyzing this coversation as i do analyze everything that i say to people.  therefore, i don't see how anything that i've said was intruding other than joking around with you.  however, to be a bigger man in this little debate, i'll just apologize to you and say that im sorry.  i tried to joke around with people on here, but obviously people like yourself, take it too personally since i know how sensitive you are.  therefore, im sorry that i offended you and that your overly sensitive.

Do you see this thread, you spent 3 hours analyzing.

When YOU ask "Why deny the answers then when someone offers it to you?"

Right there. It wasn't your place to question my action. It was for the other person to ask why? And, that didn't happen.

Because you get into with me, because I disapproved of you questioning me about my actions. And, I went on to explain.

Yet, you didn't see that you did anything wrong in the first place and then you decided to rant on me.

I didn't come across as you joking. It came across as you were sticking your nose into my actions, which isn't your place.

You want to ask that question to yourself. Be my guest.

MY actions are for me to answer to myself. It was an honest question and it was relevant to only me. I wasn't harming or being disrespectful to anyone.

You want an apologize. Fine, no problem- I apologize.

I apologize for not making myself more clearer. Next time, I'll try to relay what I am thinking, a little better.

You have a nice day, too.

Stevennix2001posted 14 years agoin reply to this

as i stated before, i wasn't butting into anything as i don't even remotely know what you were talking about with that other person.  i was joking around with you buddy, and nothing more the other day. your the one who took it out of context and made it out like i was being a busy body.  which i don't appreciate being called falsely.  look buddy, if you want to fight or something, then you name a time and place.  however, that's not my intention as you OBVIOUSLY, have selective hearing.  therefore, i will reiterate, im sorry your too overly sensitive about EVERYTHING.  as it seems you take things too personally.

          You apologized? Yes.
          I apologized? Yes.

Now, you come at me with the above rant.

What purpose does it serve in a forum of this kind?

Please...do STOP and THINK about the above question.

I thought it was over with, but apparently you didn't get that message either.

Either way, you have a nice life.

Actually it was heads and tails, but you could only see the heads side, so you assumed it was the only relevant side.

The correct statement would be "AND I JUST FLIPPED A QUARTER AND THE HEADS SIDE WAS UP."

I guess you weren't all that right.

I thought you'd like it!  Yea I first encountered him on The Universe (History channel) as well.  I had heard a bit about him in my readings of Brian Greene, Michio Kaku and Stephen Hawkings, but never really looked into it.  When I read that article for the first time I was blown away.  Such truth!

Thank you too, I didn't know about that water on the moon discovery!  So cool!  So many cool discoveries lately in our solar system alone.  I hope one day soon we will be able to explore beneath the icy surface of Europa...

Saying religion is dead, has no basis in fact.  The latest studies show that 16% of the world population in all polls say that they are nonreligious.  That leaves almost 6,000,000,000 people that are religious.
