God gave me this question. It has generated a lot of posts on other sites. Now it's your turn. The first book has gone to the publisher BUT, God said, keep gathering the answers. If there is to be another book answers collected here will be included in the book. All answers will use only the first name of the person answering. God bless you all as you ponder this answer! See you as you were designed. Not as you think you were designed nor how you think he does or does not see you.
So, that pretty much removes both believing and unbelieving opines. Maybe it would be best for both sides to stop quoting books they really don't understand, stop pointing blessed/unblessed fingers and take a moment to get a real grip on Reality.
'God' sees someone who's wondering why this women is asking this question instead of asking how to stop Gaza being turned into a concentration camp, or how to stop Mugabe starving the rest of his population, or how to persuade Ahmadinejad that getting nukes is really not the way to go, or how to stop Kim Jong-il nuking South Korea out of boredom. Someone wondering why this women is not asking for ideas on how to do something to help any of the millions of people suffering violence, poverty, famine and illness across the globe, and putting those answers in a book, instead of creating what is essentially a random and senseless stream of self-concious self-reflections.
Edit: that was probably a bit rude, but I was slightly grumpy when I started replying.
I PRAY THAT WHEN GOD LOOKS AT ME HE SEES A HEART THAT LOVES HIM AND WANTS TO FOLLOW HIM ALWAYS AS ITS CREATER AND SAVIOUR,HE WOULD SEEE A HEART THAT WOULDNT EXCIST WITHOUT HIM,AND A HEART THAT WANTS TO BE WITH HIM FOREVER
I just want to make sure I understand what you are saying here, before I know how to respond to the question:
So, what you're saying is that God, after thousands of years of silence, has come back and picked you to speak to, and, in breaking that long silence, His first and singular command was to have you come to what will amount to a scarcely viewed web forum thread to post THIS question for the purpose of helping you self-publish a book.
A soul who believes that the world can be a better place if we all perform one good deed every day. A soul who is not afraid to think outside the box and who seeks spiritual fulfillment rather than wordly pleasures. Overall, God will see a very happy girl who is satisfied with the life she has chosen to live.
Well, I figure he sees everything I see, plus the inside of my eyeballs... You know, I've never seen the inside of my own eyeballs... And I don't know how I could see them real time, like God does and keep track of everything else...
So, I figure he's got a totally different perspective ...
He can predict my thoughts and knows what I am going to do, so he knows me even before I was born, so he doesn't need to look a me because he knows me all along, is that it? But if he is busy and would take a glance at me for a second, he will say. My, she's a beautiful creature inside and out, plus she has lots of naughty thoughts to go with it, hehe
I wasn't refering to John, I was referring to the hub. Which is relevent to the discussion in this forum. I am ignorant to past conversations the two of you had so please excuse me for giving my opinion on this forum that I have true interest in. Whereas you and your friend just wanted to have a laugh.
What does God see when he looks at me? Well duh! He sees the man he created with the biggest schlong on Earth. ;o)
Seriously though... He sees the exact same thing you would see if you looked at me. After all. There is no external God. God exists only within you and I so when you see...God sees. What you see...God sees....and hears...and tastes.
When God looks at me, I'm sure he sees an individual who is trying his hardest to become as close to God as possible...but failing. I'm sure God sees an individual who has made a lot of mistakes, thus far, in his life. I'm sure God sees a kid who is still growing up, learning to care for his family and his religion.
God which Abraham is credited to have invented was involved in many mass murders like killing of human beings and all other species barring his favorite noah .God also killed his own son and is said to later do stunt of...
We often think of the parable of the talents as a lesson in utilizing your gifts, and doing best with what you are given. (Matthew 25:14-30)What I would like to present is the relationship between different churches in...
If a God exists- then who created that God? How can the Creator be created? Do you have any reason? -this is one of the final questions you will ever face. You can bring Immanuel Kant to the discussion, I will not...
