System of correct commentary of Quran or its understanding

Quran the pristine and secure Word of Revelation from the Creator-God Allah YHWH must be understood correctly.

There is an elaborate system for correct commentary of Quran. The Promised Messiah 1835-1908 has explained the criteria of commentary of Quran in one of his books named “The Blessings of Prayer”; the subject starts from page 27:

yet again paar you state that the Quran was written by Creator- Good Alah (muslim ) and YHWH ( Jewish)  and it the only book that need's nothing to 'verify' or 'prove it's truth????

    The First Criterion

Sayyid Sahib* has demanded from a rival of his the
criteria for evaluating the standard of a commentary
of the Holy Quran. Therefore, I, who consider it my
foremost duty to show the way to one who has gone
astray, deem it proper to serve him in this aspect as
well. It, therefore, needs to be understood that:

The first and foremost criterion for an accurate
commentary of the Holy Quran is the testimony of the
Quran itself. One should bear well in mind that the
Holy Quran is not like other books that are dependent
upon extraneous sources for the proof or disclosure of
their verities. The Holy Quran is like a perfectly
balanced structure, the whole dynamics of which are
disturbed by the displacement of a single block.

The Holy Quran possesses no verity that is not supported
by at least ten or twenty testimonies contained within
itself. So, when we interpret a verse of the Holy
Quran in a certain way, we should try to find out
whether or not there are other testimonies present in
the Holy Quran which support this interpretation.

If there are no other testimonies, and the interpretation
is found to be clearly opposed to some other verses,
then we should conclude that this interpretation is
false, for there is no possibility of contradiction in the
    Holy Quran.

The touchstone of a true interpretation is
that it should be supported by a host of clear and
supporting testimonies of the Holy Quran itself.

The times the Promised Messiah 1835-1908 was appointed at this high office, it was in 1889 that he proclaimed that the Creator-God Allah YHWH has appointed him at this office.

          who proclaimed it???
          God (CHRISTIAN)
          Allah (MUSLIM)
          YHWH (JEWISH)

          Which God PAAR??????

  3. profile image67
    paarsurreyposted 6 years ago

    The second criterion:

    is the interpretation of the
Holy Prophet. There can be no doubt that our
beloved and revered Prophet was the one who best
understood the Holy Quran. Thus, if an interpretation
made by the Holy Prophet is available, then a
Muslim is duty-bound to accept it without any
hesitation or reservation, otherwise he will appear to
be feeble of faith and under the spell of philosophy.

    The third criterion:

    is the interpretation of the
Companions of the Holy Prophet(sa). There is no doubt
that the Companions(ra) were the first to inherit the light
of the Holy Prophetsa and were the foremost inheritors
of his knowledge. Allah blessed them abundantly and
helped them in their understanding, for they practiced
    what they preached.

              Majestic plural

The majestic plural (pluralis maiestatis in Latin) is the use of a plural pronoun to refer to a single person holding a high office, such as a monarch, bishop, pope, or university rector. It is also called the royal pronoun, the royal "we" or the Victorian "we". The more general word for the use of we to refer to oneself is nosism, from the Latin nos.[1] It is most commonly used to denote the excellence, power, and dignity of the person that speaks or writes.

In pluralis maiestatis a speaker refers to herself or himself using a grammatical number other than the singular (i.e., in plural or, where attested, dual form). For example, the Basic Law of the Sultanate of Oman opens thus:
On the Issue of the Basic Law of the State We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman…[2]

              Other instances of use:

              •    We are not amused. — Queen Victoria (in at least one account of this quotation, though, she was not speaking for herself alone, but for the ladies of the court.)[3]

              •    In his abdication statement, Nicholas II of Russia uses the pluralis maiestatis liberally, as in "In agreement with the Imperial Duma, We have thought it well to renounce the Throne of the Russian Empire and to lay down the supreme power."[4]

Here is another verse where Allah refers to himself as "We".

[2:35] And remember the time when We said to the angels: ‘Submit to Adam,’ and they all submitted. But Iblis did not. He refused and was too proud; and he was of the disbelievers.

    The fourth criterion:

    is to meditate upon the
meanings of the Holy Quran with the purity of one’s
own self, because purity of the self has a certain
affinity with the Holy Quran, as Allah says:
    Al-Waqi‘ah, 56:80
which means that the verities of the Holy Quran are
disclosed only to a person of pure heart, for the two
have an affinity with one another.

    Such a person
recognizes these verities, and smells them, and his
heart cries out that this indeed is the true way. The
light of his heart is an excellent criterion for
evaluating the truth. Unless a person is endowed with
this quality and treads on the narrow path which the
Prophetsas have tread, it is only prudent that he should
refrain from impertinently and arrogantly assuming
the role of a commentator of the Holy Quran. Otherwise
his commentary will be based upon his own
inference, and this is something which the Holy
Prophet(sa) has forbidden. He has said:

16 Tirmidhi, Abwabu Tafsiril-Quran, Babu ma ja’a filladhi Yufassirul
    Qur’ana bi-Ra’yihi.

That is, he who interprets the Holy Quran based on
his own inference, does an erroneous interpretation
even though he thinks he has done well.

Gos sends angels to the holy people to convey message which is truthful:

      The Birth of Jesus
      Matthew 1-2, Luke 1-2

The angel Gabriel appeared to Mary and said, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God. You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High." (TNIV)

      An Angel Visits Mary

One day about 2,000 years ago an angel named Gabriel appeared to a young Jewish woman named Mary. Gabriel told Mary she would have a son, Jesus, who would be the Son of God! Mary was confused and worried about this sudden news, but she had faith in God and said, "I am the Lord's servant; let it be as you say."

      http://www.twopaths.com/story_BirthOfJesus.htm

So angel Gabriel came about with the news of birth of Jesus; there was no other witness; and Jesus by being born of the news confirms that you people are mistaken.

        Paar.
First you deny Jesus is the Son of God,
Then you quote the scripture where it declares Him to be so.
So, in this case who is correct, you or the scripture?
        Was Gabriel lying?
        Was Mary deluded?
Was the Bible changed over the centuries to say something that was not said?

If we apply the same rules to the Quran, how can anyone accept it to be truth?

Furthermore, you say that you need others to interpret the meaning to you? Doesn't allah speak to the common man? Does he not give you understanding? Why need a prophet? Read and decide for yourself. NO?

Jesus was son of god as per the usage of OT or Torah; not as Paul would like the Christians to believe. Torah took it symbolically which was the right approach; NT authored by the sinful gospel writers and interfered with by cunning Paul and the Church deviated the simple Christians to make Jesus son of god literally.

Paul was totally antagonistic in the beginning.

The claim of Jesus' deity came LONG before Paul.

Read the NT Gospels. Peter declared Him to be the Son of God.

There are many more, but you seem to skip these.

The Jews who pushed Pilate to crucify Him, did so because of this VERY CLAIM. Read it. PLEASE read it.

is the Arabic lexicon. Since, the
Holy Quran itself has provided sufficient means for
its understanding, recourse to Arabic lexicon seems
unnecessary. But there is no doubt that it helps in
enhancing our understanding, and sometimes, when
we consult the lexicon, our attention is drawn to some
hidden subtleties of the Holy Quran and we discover
    some mystery.
