Where do humans go when they die?

I mean this question to focus on whether there is an after life, or not.

If there is an after life for humans, then where is it?

I don't think that there is one.
For all that I know, when we die we just go back into that big pot of atomic material, and wait for the next big bang.

I have a hub that addresses this question and why I don't think there is an afterlife.

Right in front of you. Hidden, are the secrets.  Some times what is obvious, is indeed, the truth. Consider. We are over 80% water. That is by body weight. Returns to the ecosystem the way water does. You would be shocked at the reactions I have seen to that little piece of data.  Remaining, is a handful of dust. Adds to the land surface we can avail ourselves of. Are we merely dust and water? Are we just "glorified" mud pies? I have evidence that this is not the case. Energy is the key. because in life, we channel massive amounts of energy. Our brains and hearts are fired by that same energy, and our brainwaves are energy signatures which we have known about for decades Alpha, Beta, and Theta waves. So, it would seem that we neither came from nowhere, nor is that where we shall return. Think about it. Peace

Does energy watch TV or eat pizza?

      Cagsil

How do you know, you have not experience an afterlife yet.

You have suggested they would be likely bored out of their skulls when they get there, how do you know that too?

        Hey Castle,

You know, I find it interesting you seem to hound after my posts, like someone trying to bait someone.

However, "after life" is a meaningless and pathetic concept and damages those who are living now. It's irrationally conceived.

What happens to a person once they are dead, not living, deceased, is irrelevant, to the here and now. There is no proof that "after life" exists. Not to mention, to begin with, when we know death ends life. Thinking about what happens after death? Is a pathetically moronic concept.

Was there a beforelife? I mean were we somewhere before we were born or we dead?

We know only 1% about the whole earth and even less about the Universe. How is it that man can possible know there is no Afterlife.

I can only sense there is afterlife, I can't see it like the wind.  About 8/10 of the world is religious, and their leader just want to over power and control the people by fears of hell and rewards of heaven, that's not my cup of tea.

I think that we were somewhat the same spirit before life as we will be after this life is over, with one little exception.
Over there we will probably remember out experiences that we have in this life.    It might be possibel for us to remember a little bit of that pre life, but then we would be put in the nut house.

In answer to your question. Death is kinda like going home after vacation is over,

Our bodies go back to dust, but I have often wondered what happens to our life force which is a tremendous energy force. Energy (going right back to basic physics)can't die. It changes but it doesn't die. So our life force changes...to what?

Perhaps it just recedes back into the ocean of energy it came from.
