If there are two people, there are also two opinion. Despite our differences how can we have unity? Let us share..
By understanding one another's point of view and by being tolerant.
There has to be a basis, a foundation that's similar, upon which there IS NO middle ground. Otherwise, there is no unity.
Unity cannot be built around two opposing opinions unless there is a third entity to fight or defend against. That third entity has to be an outside force.
Just my opinion!
Stick to your family/relatives, be good when in public and dealing with others outside your family/relatives.
Any religious beliefs you may have developed over the course of your development, should be on a personal level and left out of society.
Do not infringe upon the rights of others at any time.
Diversity of life is possible with harmony but there must be common ground in order for unity to exist.
There must be compromises for the sake of the community otherwise there will never be a cohesion between people or ethnic groups.
Two opinions usually means the truth is somewhere in the middle. We have to learn to be empathetic and put the common good first, as a society; even if it isn't percieved as in our individual best interest.
