Catholic students as young as eleven urged to sign petition

    This is something I find truly upsetting, especially when it is done in a school environment. Having an assembly which urges students as young as eleven to sign an anti-gay marriage petition is something truly underhanded. Thoughts?

      I absolutely agree, it's just another way for the church to destroy critical, free thinking.

      Not right at all to urge anyone to do anything especially kids that look up to adults for leadership.

      I love people. People make my life worth living. What kind of adult people expose young children constantly to sexual topics? At what age does making sure children know everything that can be done in a bedroom become child abuse. That is truly the question here, not whether children should be involved in politics.
