The Supreme God Against the Supreme Court's Decision on Same-Sex Marriage

The Two Men that will cause the Supreme God to have Judgment on the Obamanation

How It All Began

Jim Obergefell and John Arthur had wanted to get married for a long time but were unable to do so in their home state of Ohio. They could, however, get married in one of the handful of states that did allow same-sex couples to marry. So their wedding took place on July 11, 2013 aboard a small airplane on the tarmac at Baltimore-Washington International Marshall Airport in Maryland. The married couple immediately returned to Cincinnati, Ohio.

Three months after the wedding John Arthur (age 48) died of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) a fatal neurological disease that paralyzes the body. The death certificate of John Arthur was originally written as “married” because a federal judge sided with Obergefell. Since the State of Ohio at that time did not officially recogniize same-sex marriage, so the death certificate was amended to “single”.

Jim Obergefell wanted to be named in the death certificate as the surviving spouse of his late husband John Arthur so he sued the State of Ohio.

James Obergefell verses Richard Hodges, Director, Ohio Department of Health.

On November 14, 2014, Jim Obergefell together with other same-sex couples filed their applications for certiorari (a writ seeking judicial review) with the U.S. Supreme Court. They asked the court to consider whether Ohio's refusal to recognize marriage from other jurisdictions violates the Fourteenth Amendment's guarantees of due process and equal protection, and whether the state's refusal to recognize the adoption judgment of another state violates the U.S. Constitution's Full Faith and Credit clause.

On June 26, 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court held in a 5–4 decision that the Fourteenth Amendment requires all states to grant same-sex marriages and recognize same-sex marriages granted in other states.

What does the Supreme God of the Universe say about the U. S. Supreme Court's Decision?

The decision of the U. S. Supreme Court means absolutely nothing to the Supreme God of the Universe. But God is the Judge: He puts down one, and exalts another.(Psm. 75:7) For He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, And the peoples with His truth. (Psm 96:13)

The majority of the people in the United States of America have forgotten about the Almighty One True God who is the Creator of Mankind. He is the One who instituted marriage. Here is what the Lord Jesus Christ said about marriage. And He answered and said to them, "Have you not read that He who made them at the beginning 'made them male and female,'and said, 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh'? So then, they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate." (Mt. 19:4-6) Marriage is the union between one man and one woman who is joined by God.

The Supreme God does not recognize nor approve a marriage between a man and another man, or a woman with another woman? Same-sex marriage is an ungodly union that is against God's original institution of marriage.

The Supreme God Judges Obamanation

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Jim Obergefell's case — Obergefell v. Hodgesand in doing so legalized same-sex marriage for gay couples nationwide. While Obergefell was still standing in front of the Supreme Court the President of the United States, Barak Obama called him and said: "Not only have you been a great example for people, but you're also going to bring about a lasting change in this country. And it's pretty rare where that happens," Obama said. "I couldn't be prouder of you and your husband." President Obama actually referred to the deceased John Arthur as Jim Obergefell's “husband”.

Go to National Journal.

On May 9, 2012 President Barack Obama announced that he believes same-sex couples should be granted the right to marry, becoming the first U.S. president in history to fully embrace that level of civil rights for gays.

The states of Connecticut, Iowa, Massachusetts, New England, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Vermont have already legalized same sex marriage by the time of the Election of 2012. On the Election night of November 6, 2012 the states of Maryland, Maine and Washington had voted in favor of same-sex marriage.

Same-sex Marriage is an Abomination to God

The word “desolation” means emptiness, bareness, uninhabitation and desertion. It refers to the condition of a place that had been laid waste, deserted and became uninhabited. The word "desolation" also means barrenness.

Abomination of desolation” simply means the human behavior of the people is such that it causes barrenness. Same sex marriage cannot reproduce children. Homosexuality is the "abomination of desolation" (Lev. 18:22; 20:13). The cities that practice homosexuality are so vile and loathesome to God that He would cause it to become desolate and uninhabited. There are only two cities mentioned in the entire Bible that God had destroyed because of their abominable sin of homosexuality, and that is Sodom and Gommorrah."and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly;" (2 Pet. 2:6) as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” (Jude 1:7)

  • So the Jews answered and said to Him, "What sign do You show to us, since You do these things?" Jesus answered and said to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." Then the Jews said, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?" But He was speaking of the temple of His body. Therefore, when He had risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that He had said this to them; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said.”(Jn. 2:18-22)

The Lord Jesus Christ had given us the new meaning of the temple which is His body. The apostle Paul wrote: "Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are.” (1 Cor. 3:16-17)

  • Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."(1 Cor. 6:18-20)

When Christians engage in homosexual acts they defile the temple of God which is committing the wicked sin called abomination of desolation.

Hurricane-Superstorm Sandy Caused Great Destruction on the North-East Coast of the United States

Hurricane–Superstorm Sandy made landfall near Atlantic City, New Jersey on October 29, 2012, which is about one week before Election day.

Superstorm Sandy was the deadliest hurricane in the northeastern U.S. in 40 years and the second-costliest in the nation's history. At least 117 people in the United States and 69 more in Canada and the Caribbean were killed. More than 650,000 U.S. homes were damaged or destroyed by the storm, and more than 8 million customers in 15 states have lost power, according to the report.Subway tunnels in Lower Manhattan were flooded, but some lines had resumed service. Airlines had canceled more than 15,000 flights around the world. Most gas stations in New York City and New Jersey were closed because of power shortages and depleted fuel supplies.

Superstorm Sandy Caused Destruction on All the States that had Legalized Same-Sex Marriage

Hurricane-Superstorm Sandy is Linked with the Same-sex Marriage in the United States

There are two distinctive factors in Hurricane-Superstorm Sandy that are connected to the same-sex marriage in the United States.

  1. All the states that have legalized same-sex marriage were affected by it.

  2. It occurred during the Election Week that all the states have referendums on same-sex marriage.

If Superstorm Sandy is the Supreme God's Judgment for the Same-Sex Marriage in just a Few States, What will it be for the Supreme Court's Decision that affects the whole Obamanation?

This is a great parody of insane fundamentalist thinking. You've really outdone yourself. You left just enough hints for me to figure out that this is satire. Particularly your use of the term Obamanation was a big red flag. Good stuff.

I didn't take this as satire at all, so now I'm wondering! I'm deeply sad about the supreme courts ruling! I don't think anyone knows for sure if Sandy was a judgment, but surely it's coming ad we don't return to God and His word!

Thank you for your comments.

The decision of the Supreme Court is so flimsy, fickle and unreliable. Just one person changing his mind and now the whole of America must accept same-sex marriage that God had clearly said it is an abomination and punishable by death.

Arkwriter, I agree whole heartedly that same sex marriage is not God's plan, an abomination! The Bible says a man should leave his family and cleave to his wife! I believe all sin is punishable by spiritual death! But, God so loved the world, gays and straights, and died for them! Whosoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life! We can love and at the same time stand our ground! If we love while standing ground perhaps many will come to Christ who are gay etc! Christ forgave the woman caught in adultery with the command to sin no more! Christ wants us to reach the world, with all the various sins, with the gospel! People go to hell when they reject Christ's offer of forgiveness of all sins! In other words, people who are gay, or adulterers or murderers won't go to hell because of those specific sins, bu!t because they are sinners period, as we once we're!

I am not happy about the unbiblical decision and the same sex marriage lifestyle and agenda, and I publicly stand with God on that, but I reach out to gay, straight, and everyone in between with the good news because we all need Jesus

"that God had clearly said it is an abomination and punishable by death"

If you'd like to live in a country where same sex marriage is a crime you're welcome to move to Uganda, where the Christian government has repeatedly tried to get the death penalty for homosexuals.

Trust me when I say that we wouldn't miss your defense of bronze age mythology here in the West, but it fits perfectly with the primitive views of Muslims/Christians in various totalitarian or theocratic states in Africa and the Middle East.

It may not be your intention but when you say things like this you sound no different than a terrorist saying that Allah has decreed infidels should be beheaded. Its heartless, cruel, and insane sounding.

"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." (John 3:16-18)

God loves the sinners but hates their sins. Lesbians, gays, Bisexuals and Transgenders (LGBT) can still be saved and go to heaven if and after they believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as their One and Only Savior, believe that He died and shed His Blood on the Cross for their sins, repent of the sins, be baptized into Him, and live a straight and clean life after that.

"Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men (and women too) everywhere to repent, because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead." (Acts 17:30-31)

Hurricane-Superstorm Sandy is the wake up call for the Obamanation which is still sleeping. The decision of the Supreme Court on June 26, 2015 is the last straw that breaks the camel's back. God's Judgment is coming to the Obamanation soon! Just watch!

Really the whole Jesus thing is irrelevant Arkwriter. God loves homosexuals but thinks they are deserving of being violently stoned to death. Its rather like saying Hitler really loved the Jews he just hated their Judaism and wanted them killed for it at one time but not anymore. In the New Testament suddenly the God of the Bible isn't out for blood in this life, he's got an eternal pit of everlasting fire in the NEXT life. Sort of turning him from wrathful law-giver to an omnipotent monster the only escape from which is to cower before him and accept the brutal human sacrifice of an innocent man as a form of blood-magic that forgives sins.

I look forward to God's judgment and seeing you proven right. Should be any day now, just like it always has been.

Thanks for the warning Arkwriter.

You may be right, my sarcastic wishes always seem to be coming true, just like when I married that super model. ;)

Titen, You know what! It will happen! The Lord Jesus Christ prophesied: "And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man:They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven and destroyed them all." (Luke 17:27-28)

When Jesus linked the days of Noah and the days of Lot, and talked about marriage, He was definitely referring to the same-sex marriage that God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah."

If you think 911 was bad, you ain't seen nothin' yet!" - like what we here in Texas would say. Texas is one of the last 13 states that banned same-sex marriage.

Good to know that you married a super model. Be blessed!

I wouldn't be surprised if some crazy storm, terrible attack, or financial crisis happened to America in the near future. God will show Himself! I have a feeling He is not pleased with this last slap in His face from a nation upon which he has previously bestowed blessings. Whatever shred of hedge of protection He had will simply be removed now.

These Supreme Court decisions seem to uncover so many people's most hidden and viscous thoughts. I see people that I had thought to be Bible believing, breaking forth with statements of the Bible being "archaic and outdated." And others that are declaring that Christ loves despite any sin, even if that sin is embraced and not repented of...

It has surprised me how people stand behind a human law-approved podium and feel so emboldened as to raise up and throw insults not only at what they feel is our idea of God, but to any idea of God at all.

With the pretense of being fashionable and current, these people hold up the middle finger to an almighty God and literally ask for the lightning to be hurled. It really is amazing to me.

On the other side of the equation I see people that really think that God does not care what sin people have and whether or not they repent of that sin. They maintain that we don't have to warn anyone because that is unloving and judgmental. We can't risk being rude, or say that there is a judgment someday. We should rather stand under our supportive rainbows smiling and cheering for this "oppressed people."

I remember what God said to Jeremiah about warning the people that there is a judgment coming. If he did not warn them and they did not repent, then God was holding Jeremiah partially responsible. We are the holders of Scripture now and it is our duty to love through reason and urgent warning.

Homosexuality is a sin and really as far as God is concerned no different in seriousness to Him than any other sin- but that doesn't mean it has the same consequences in this life. It is specified that this particular sin (as well as fornication) is sinning against the living human body of every person that engages in it.

It will have eternal consequences if an individual does not receive Christ as Savior, but it will have immediate consequences in this life. I'm sorry if urgent sounds mean but this is one of those cases where there is no way of skirting the issue. Either you are a warner or you are a supporter (and silence is being a supporter). I am left with no choice but to lovingly say for each person to give the Scripture serious thought and to re-evaluate their stand before God. I know of so many people that consider themselves Christian and Gay. But then their view of the Scripture betrays them as uncaring about what God has said. As a wise man once said, "It is a fearful thing to be in the hands of the Living God." Voted up. Bob.
