How would you like to have peace in your life?

The Secret to Finding Peace.

How would you like to have peace in your life? Then why not try these steps to peace

"Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 5:1 New International Version.

Begin with having peace with God. We do that by confessing we are sinners, apologizing to God for those sins, ask Him to graciously provide us with guidance in every part of our life and following His instructions. Where can we find Gods instruction manual? Try subscribing to Christian e mails like Acts@actwb.org.listen to good Christian radio stations like Praise1065.com,listen to exhalent online sermons like Chuck Swindall on onplace.com,find a good Christian church to attend and make sincere friendships with Christians. Many times God will speak to you through the sermon and music. Christian friends can be mentors for you. And, do not forget the most important part; spend quiet time with the Lord every morning.

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endures for ever" (Ps. 111:10). New International Version

The second part is to be a peace with all those around you.

"The servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men" (2 Tim. 2:24).New International Version

Now being gentle does not mean being a doormat for others to walk all over. It means having your temper under control.

"To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, showing all meekness unto all men." Titus 3:2 American Standard Bible.

Have respect for others. Be considerate and patient with each other. Help each other expecting nothing in return.

When you do these things even when, (not if. God never promises a life with no rough seas. But when those rough seas come, we have the greatest protector there ever was, is or ever will be in Jesus Christ right there by our side through it all) the storms hit or the deserts heat blasts you, you will have peace in your heart knowing you have the greatest friend right there with you. His name is Jesus Christ. He loves you, He cares about you and when you five your life to Him, He will always take fantastic care of you.

Sometimes the Lord rides out the storm with us and other times He calms the restless sea around us. Most of all, He calms the storm inside us in our deepest inner soul.—Lloyd John Ogilvie

But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. Matthew 5:44-45, New International Version

Understanding is knowing what to do; wisdom is knowing what to do next; virtue is actually doing it. -- Tristan Gulberd

"According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue" (2 Pet. 1:3)New Living Translation

Prayer: Jehovah Rabbi, please teach me how to have peace with you and all those around me. In the name of our loving Savior Jesus Christ I pray. Amen

May the sunshine of Jesus’ sweet love bless you today and every day.
