The True Value of a God-Fearing Woman...TRUTH IS...

"A good wife who can find?..." This is The First Words of Proverbs 31:10-31 This Proverb is quoted so often, yet rarely fully followed. Reading this Proverb, it is obvious the woman described is indeed a GOD-fearing woman as that is what it takes To fulfill as much of it's description as humanly possible. Let's face it, with imperfection as deep-rooted into all of us as it is, it's very difficult to adhere to many of the things within the bible; isn't it marvelous to know that we do in fact have a "helper" sent from above? There is little doubt that in a relationship, the woman is the key participant. Altjhough scripturally the man is the head; it is the woman that usually take the lead in maintenance of the relationship and family; in essence, she is the "MVP". From the very beginning GOD knew the need of a woman in a man's life, as she is indeed the fulfillmen of him. GENESIS 2:18 says the woman was created as a "Helpmate" or compliment for and of the man. The word 'compliment' comes from the Latin word meaning: to make complete", the ligt in which this is said is not that Adam was created incomplete, for he was perfect; but it was GOD's intention that we fill the earth and thereby interact with other humas, and to do this we must be able to function on several levels and fronts. The creation of the woman made it possible to provide yet another source of joy, happiness and pleasure to the man, but also to give him companionshipmand another take on things. Think about that...

IS IT NOT TRUE THAT A WOMAN'S VIEW OF THINGS IS QUITE DIFFERENT THAN THAT OF A MAN? YET IN THE CASE OF A SUCCESSFULLY MAINTAINED RELATIONSHIP, IT IS THE WOMAN'S "TAKE" ON THINGS THAT OFTEN SETS THINGS ARIGHT WHEN THEY BECOME OUT OF KILTER. IT IS THE INNATE NURTURING SPIRIT AND DESIRE FOR THE MAN'S LEADERSHIP THAT MAKES HER MORE INCLINED TO TAKE ACTION(S) THAT WILL DIFFUSE THE PROBLEM AND PUT THINGS BACK INTO PROSPECTIVE. THAT'S BECAUSE AS SAID BEFORE, MEN HAVE THE INNATE TENDENCY TO DO OR SAY OR ACT IN A NOT-SO-INTELLEGENT MANNER, THEN HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO EXPLANATION "WHY". IF THEY KNEW WHY THEY DO SOME OF THE THINGS THAT THEY DO, THEN THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO PREVENT THEM. THANKFULLY THERE IS AN UNDERSTANDING OF THIS COUPLED WITH TRUE EMPATHY INSTILLED IN WOMEN THAT IS AKIN TO HOW THEY SEE THEIR CHILDREN:"POOR THING, HE JUST DOESN'T KNOW ANY BETTER"... THAT INDEED IS A SAVING GRACE.

THROUGHOUT THE PAGES OF THE BIBLE, THERE ARE EXAMPLES OF GOD-FEARING WOMEN WHO WERE THERE THAT EFFECTED THE OUTCOME OF A SITUATION, OR SERVED AS A STRENGTHENING AGENT AS IT WERE. BUT BEFORE YOU GET TO "SWOLLEN" WITH PRIDE LADIES, REALIZE THAT EACH OF THESE WOMEN WERE ALSO ENDOWED WITH AN EXTRAORDINARY MEASURE OF "HUMILITY" THAT PREVENTED THEIR TAKING THE POSITION OF OVER-CONFIDENCE OR A FEELING OF GREATER SIGNIFICANCE. WHAT THEY REALIZED WAS THEIR ROLE WAS TO STRENGTHEN THE MEN/MAN AND PROVIDE WHATEVER WAS NEEDED OF THEM AND THEY ALSO KNEW THEY WOULD BE BLESSED FOR IT. LOOK AT SARAH, A BEACON OF COMPLIANCE AND SUBMISSION,. SHE WAS BLESSED WITH THE JOY OF CHILDBIRTH, SOMETHING HER HEART TRULY DESIRED AS REWARD FOR HER FAITHFULLY SERVING GOD AND HER HUSBAND. WHEN ABRAHAM WAS INSTRUCTED BY GOD TO "GO HERE", SARAH WENT ALONG WITHOUT HESITATION. HUMILITY LADIES, IS THE KEY.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DO UNDERSTAND SPORTS TEAMS, CONSIDER THIS: A TEAM MAY HAVE A "SUPERSTAR" BUT UNLESS HE/SHE HAS PEOPLE WHO ARE "TEAM PLAYERS" OR PEOPLE WHO KNOW THEIR VALUE AND THEIR ROLE AND SERVE IT'S TRUE PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY WANT TO WIN, THESE ARE THE REASON THE SUPERSTAR SHINES AND THE TEAM WINS. HONESTLY, DO YOU NOT WANT YOUR MAN TO "SHINE" AND FOR YOUR "TEAM" TO WIN? KNOW YOUR ROLE AND STAY WITHIN IT WITH HUMILITY AND THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THERE WILL BE MANY TIMES THAT IT IS LEFT TO YOU TO "STEP-UP" IN ORDER FOR THINGS TO GO POSITIVELY. IT IS ACTUALLY AN EXCELLENT ARRANGEMENT AS IT IS YOU WHO ARE THE KEY, AND YOUR BEHAVIOR(S) ATTITUDE(S), INTENTION(S), AND DEVOTION TO GOD AND YOUR MAN THAT COULD AND WILL AFFECT A SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIP.

LOOK AT 1 PETER 3:1,2 WHERE WOMEN ARE ENCOURAGED TO BE AN EXAMPLE TO/FOR THEIR HUSBAND/MAN AS THSAT CAN BE WHAT WINS THE MAN OVER TO FOLLOWING GOD'S WILL. YET ANOTHER SAVING "GRACE". THERE ARE MANY PRESSURES ON A MAN TODAY, AND AS THINGS HAVE EVOLVED WOMEN ARE REQUIRED TO SERVE AN EVEN GREATER ROLE IN THINGS THAN EVER BEFORE IN HISTORY. THIS CAN BE A BLESSING, OR A CURSE IN THAT POWER CORRUPTS. IF YOU DO NOT REALIZE YOUR PURPOSE IN THE RELATIONSHIP AND RECOGNIZE THAT IT IS FOR THE PRAISE OF GOD AND THE UPLIFTING OF YOUR MAN FIRST AND FOREMOST, THEN DISASTER IS THE OUTCOME. IT IS AND WILL REMAIN GOD'S PURPOSE FOR THE MALE TO BE THE HEAD AS IT WERE, , BUT THE "ENEMY" SATAN WORKS DILIGENTLY TO PUSH THINGS TO WHERE EITHER IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO ADHERE TO THIS AND THUS DISRUPT THE ARRANGEMENT(S) OF GOD, OR TO PUSH YOU TO ASSUME A REBELIOUS, SELF-SERVING, OVERWHELMING STATURE THAT SEEKS TO USURP THAT HEADSHIP, AND THUS RUIN THE RELATIONSHIP OR DEBASE AND DEMEAN THE MAN. IT IS A WELL KNOWN FACT THAT HOW A MAN'S RELATIONSHIP IS GOING EFFECTS THE WAY THAT HE INTERACTS WITH OTHERS AND HIMSELF, AND AT TIMES HOW HE APPLIES GOD'S WILL.

ONE OF THE PROBLEMS IS THAT WE OFTEN "WANT" TO FOLLOW GOD'S INSTRUCTION FOR SUCCESS IN A RELATIONSHIP, BUT ARE SO WRAPPED-UP IN WHETHER OR NOT THE OTHER PERSON IS DOING IT TOO, THAT WE LOSE, THEY LOSE, AND SATAN GETS TO CELEBRATE WHILE MOCKING GOD. REMEMBER, YOU WHO SEEK AND SERVE GOD ARE HIS MAIN TARGET(S). PROVERBS 27:11 BEARS WITNESS TO THE FACT THAT WHENEVER HE IS ABLE TO DISRUPT YOUR ADHERING TO GOD'S WILL, SATAN IS SO PLEASE THAT HE TURNS TO GOD AND TAUNTS HIM:"SEE? THEY DON'T WANT TO DO WHAT YOU SAY!" EACH AND EVERY TIME THAT YOU LOYALLY ADHERE TO GOD'S WAY YOU GIVE AN ANSWER TO SATAN'S QUEST TO DESTROY ALL THAT GOD LOVES AND ALSO ARE A CAUSE FOR JOY AND CELEBRATION IN HEAVEN! DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE AN INSTRUMENT OF SATAN WHO DESIRES ONLY TO STIR-UP CONTENTION(S) AND DISCORD, AND LIKE HIM, REBELOUSNESS(PROVERBS28:25, 26) THIS SCRIPTURE SAYS YOU ARE A "FOOL" IF YOU TRUST YOUR OWN THINKING, REASONING, AND EMOTIONS, ALL THINGS THAT SATAN CAN AND WILL affect IF YOU ALLOW IT. THIS OF COURSE AGAIN MOSTLY APPLIES TO THOSE WHO HAVE SEEN, TASTED, OR SIMPLY BELIEVE THE TRUTH OF GOD, AND ALL THAT HE IS, CAN BE, AND WILL DO FOR YOU AND THE ONE(S) THAT YOU LOVE: "AS LONG AS YOU PERSEVERE IN SEEKING THE LORD". OFTEN WE TEND TO OVERLOOK THE "IF" PORTION OF COUNSEL IN THE BIBLE. THE MESSAGE IS YOU WILL REAP GREAT AND WONDERFUL BLESSINGS IF AND ONLY "IF" YOU ADHERE TO GOD'S WILL. THAT ALSO BRINGS TO MIND ANOTHER "ENEMY" OF A SUCCESSFUL WORSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP(BOTH ARE INTER-RELATED YOU KNOW), THE TENDENCY TO ADHERE TO GOD'S WAY AND WILL ONLY WHEN IT DOESN'T GO AGAINST YOUR PRIDE, ATTITUDE, DESIRE(S), WISHES AND BASICALLY WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. YOU MUST WORSHIP GOD IN SPIRIT AND TRUTH, AND TRUTH IS...YOU HAVE TO SERVE GOD HIS WAY, NOT YOURSTHAT'S WHAT STARTED THE WHOLE MESS WE ARE IN NOW; EVE WANTED TO DO IT HER WAY AND ADAM FOLLOWED EVE.

That's what you need to know ladies, your man will follow yu even to hell! It's not your sex(if it is then he is not a spirit-filled or led man), it's not your looks or your cooking. It is what you doo "for" him. It is a known fact that women mature well before men do, it is that extra measure of maturity that effects men most; it serves to mature him, to change the the things he needs to change, to do the things he needs to do and act the way that he needs to act. Doubtless GOD saw Adam tiring or simply losing some measure of joy in carrying out his assigned duties and as planned, HE created the woman to boost his morale as ell as give him a source of excitiemenet as it refers to having someone to teach and share with in addition to the planned purpose of procreation. The woman incites leadership and a motivation to achieve in a man. In turn, the GOD-fearing and spirit-led man will see the true value of that woman and actually "listen" to her! Often that is the thing that "brings him back" or spurs him to much--needed action.

TThese are but a few of the values of a spirit-led and GOD-fearing woman. There are countless others and of course more shall be discussed in future articles.
