- 10 sets of pull ups
Executing of 10 sets of every exercise will trigger muscle growth. Before you get started find out your rep max in pull ups then divide this on two, here will be number of reps for one set. For example, if your maximum amount of reps is 10 then in one set you’re going to do 5 reps for 10 sets. Rest interval between sets is one minute. Also make sure to add reps whenever possible because progressive overload is the main factor for fast muscle gains.
2. Pull ups and chin ups
Wide grip pull ups till failure – rest 10 seconds
Close grip pull ups till failure – rest 10 seconds
Wide grip chin ups till failure – rest 10 seconds
Close grip chin ups till failure – rest 10 seconds
Rest 3-4 minutes and repeat circle 2 times.
Like in previous exercise add reps whenever possible for better results.
