England vs Scotland - Wed 14th AUG 2013 - Wembley

Previous 10 Meetings

A fixture that has been played an amazing 110 times, England have slightly the better history in terms of head to head and have a much greater success in international Football altogether. However the previous encounter went Scotlands way and so the bragging rights technically still lie with them. Have no illusions, this is no friendly game and the rivalry will be enough to ensure this will not be played like an unimportant exhibition match.

Cool! Its about England and Scotland played each other again. They should revive the Home Nations Championship or create a competition similar to the Six Nations- we need to be playing against our rivals regularly.

Heh yeah, Suppose it wouldn't take long but EPL managers already winging about the amount of calender year fixtures as it is, im up for any excuse to have an England game tho :)

what happened to Team GB:) I would say for great britain, the biggest problem has been wales, and scotlands inability to strengthen their leagues as the EPL has grown. If scotland and wales had been supported better when the EPL was made their leagues would be stronger and GB would be better off.

I'd say maybe all 3 should be merged but perhaps it would be too much travel for some teams, GBR Prem League...

It would be, European soccer has never had long distances except for big tournaments. Economically, that would be a big and negative change fiscally. I wish in the states they would have done similar with soccer but the people with the money didn't allow it
