Pauline Nordin - The Ultimate Female Fitness Trainer?

Pauline Nordin is a pro figure athlete, fitness model, certified fitness trainer and journalist!

She was born on July 23rd,1982 in Ystad, Sweden and she was one of the trainers in their version of the American television show "Biggest Loser".
Pauline has been on the cover, and featured in several fitness magazines, among them Oxygen, BODY, Ironman and Muscle and Fitness.
She began her fitness training in 1999 and she began competing in 2002.

This five foot two, 110 pound fitness beauty competed in the 2007 IFBB Colorado Pro/Am Classic Bodybuilding And Figure Contest, the 2007 IFBB California Pro Figure Championships, the 2007 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure Championships, the 2006 IFBB Europa Super Show, the 2006 IFBB California Pro Figure, the 2006 IFBB Pittsburgh Pro Figure and the 2006 IFBB San Francisco Pro.

And don't think this lady is by any means all show.
To get to where she is today, she had to overcome anorexia.
Now she is very much into fitness nutrition and diet.
And this lovely lady is back into martial arts training.
I don't know if she is planning to go into MMA or if it's just a good way to stay in shape. But just think about it, if she's got the skills, you may be looking at the next Gina Carano.

Update On How Dangerous Pauline Is....

You know I said earlier that "if" Pauline had the skills, she could be a pretty awesome MMA fighter.
Well let's take the doubts off that right now.
In an interview at Pauline said that she had ten hours of KAPAP and anti terrorist training.
KAPAP is an acronym for Krav Panim el Panim, which translates to "face to face combat" and is a close quarter battle system of defensive tactics, hand-to-hand combat and self defense.

Yeah...I think she has the skills.
I also think this puts Pauline squarely in my "Beautiful But Deadly" category.

I fell in love when a saw the first time this girl, im mexican and practise fisico since 2 years ago and i know the dificult is to be able to have a good body, wherever you be Pauline, i want you to know there is a man who Loves you since Mexico..

I had not heard of Pauline Nordin, but she looks amazing. I think muscles on a woman are very attractive, and Pauline looks great, strong yet still feminine. Thanks for the hub, I gave it a rate up.

I can see Pauline as a great testimony to her peers conerning muscle/fitness genres....but Im sorry, folks.. this look on these pictures do not exemplify LEANess ..yes, she has amazing muscles.. but who IM thinking: Women that 'muscle up' their bodies and come out looking more muscled than a male body builder in begginer stage~ How in the world is this suppose to represent lean feminine bod type... better lean and toned would be swimmer, ashtanga yogi, tennis more a woman ages her body goes through amazing changes...this gal, Pauline is under 30 ...wait until she reaches 40, question: Does she know that these muscles will be harder to obtain and energy levels not the same for endurance....lot to ponder, guys and gals...

Power the body with good pure foods..protein doesn't have to be meat the research... stretch your body and do 100 planks and salutations a will see a difference...:)

Pauline Nordin's Butt Bible program is by far the best work out routine I have ever tried, and I have been working out since age 11 or something. Ever since I have been following her videos, I have felt to great all over my body, I am so flexible and strong everywhere, and my knees don't hurt anymore, and I look greeeeeeeeeeeeeat, I love Pauline she is my all time favorite workout gal seriously.

She is lean and ripped and a gorgeous badass. Such an inspiration to me! She works HARD and she DOES eat pure foods. In fact, she eats MORE vegetables than anyone I've ever met and encourages a VERY VERY high consumption of them to her followers. Her protein is from the healthiest of sources and she doesn't eat red meat.

That is what makes her so awesome. She has shown us we can have that lean, ripped look 365 days a year if we eat more PURE, living foods.

As a woman, I find her to be a true inspiration. Reading her blog, learning about her changes and progress over the years really motivates me. : )

PS - Yoga and swimming is great but ONLY weight resistance training decreases a woman's chances of osteoporosis and brittle bones. Just ask any doctor : )
