Rick Johnson Doublehanded Race #3

Near ideal conditions prevailed for Race #3 of the Rick Johnson Memorial doublehanded series. Contrary to forecasts of very light winds the racers enjoyed NE winds of 10-15 knots.

Shellback took elapsed time honors among the monohulls completing the 5-mile course in 01:12:17. And Felix, the sole multihul, sailed the course in 01:08:03. Cal 20 Elf took overall corrected time honors with 00:55:10.

The class winners were:

JAM A--Lady Luck, Tartan 10

JAM B--Shellback, Tartan 34 2SD

JAM C--Prime Time, S2 7.9

JAM D--Seawise--Bristol 27 OB

JAM E (CAL 25s)--Scared Stiff

JAM F--Elf, Cal 20
