Every Day Counts Begin Now

Wake up sleepy head and lets move those arms and legs

Do it for yourself and you will be proud

Nobody will notice but you will feel the difference

As the days pass faster than a deck of cards being shuffled

You have a chance to find the ace

If you start one step at a time

You will surprise yourself time and time again

More energy you will feel even though you are so sore in the beginning

The aches and pains will go away

As long as you keep your muscles at play

They are meant to move and dance

So don't be disappointed at first glance

Think back to when you were young

Everyday you went out and played

You wouldn't come in until you were told to

Let your heart do its job

You help it with a little effort and support

Bending and stretching is just the beginning

Soon your body will surprise you

The boost of extra energy you feel is real

Let your body react and welcome its new found joys

You have come along way

Keep going in the right direction

The past is over and the future is right before your eyes

You live in the present

You experience the pleasure and satisfaction of your accomplishments

Do you remember when you sat on the couch all day

What a shame someone else has taken your place

You are walking

Soon you are jogging

You have picked up the pace

Where is the race?

There is none

Only one healthy body passing by

Darlene Sabella life displays so many choices at are feet.It is way to easy to be lazy and nonresponsive.Thank you for all your nice comments.entertainment I know I am capable of doing more.I can't do it if I roll over and begin to snore.I push myself to make every muscle connect.It is like connecting the dots and I have to keep my concentration going till I see something take shape.You look like you never had trouble staying fit.Congratulations on your willpower and success on staying healthy and in shape.You are a great example for others to follow.

i am joining the dots already, only up to number three but it is a start..... the sun is shining, i am with family, i have a job to go home to, even though i am stranded in Tampa, i am enjoying the sun... you taught me well i applaud you... love B renda xx

hiya just realised we are both typing at the same time, so nice to meet your wife, am so happy you are blessed with a nice partner, as indeed i am..... he is sleeping, and stressed, he has not had such a good teacher as i have..... home Tuesday, dad not too good, so back to England soon, who said life would be easy... but i am sooooo happy to be connected. xx

exercise stretching is fun we all love a good stretch !!! i love to do a good workout at least 3 times a week and i have to admit your bones and muscles feel alot better to,it also improoves how our moods change by keeping active and improoves how you feel throuout the day lifts depression to.....so keeep writing these lovely inspiring hubs
