If you haven't done daily exercise before though, you'll obviously need to start soon. All you need is a desire to improve your health and well-being; start with 15-30 minutes a day and find a suitable place to practice - at first, if you don't want to spend any money, start with those few outdoor options. So you don't need a gym, or take any classes, equipment or personal trainer !
