Cristiano Ronaldo, is a 25 year old Portuguese footballer who plays as a Forward and serves as captain of the Portuguese national team. His boyish good looks hids the fact that he can be a bad lad on the pitch. During a quarter-final match against England Ronaldo's Manchester United teammate Wayne Rooney, was sent off for stamping on Portugal defender Ricardo Carvalho. The English media speculated that Ronaldo had influenced the referee decision by aggressively complaining to the referee. In the replays Ronaldo was seen winking at the Portuguese bench following Rooney's dismissal. After the match, Ronaldo insisted that Rooney was a friend and that he was not pushing for Rooney to be sent off. However the backlash was tremendous and he was booed by English fans when he returned to play at Manchester united.
At 33 Thierry Henry, still has his good looks and charm . Playing either on the wing or striker for the French team he had the honour of being part of the world cup winning French team in 1998.
