Unfortunately, it has lots of competition in that regard. I think the gold standard is the ref supposedly mistaking Vinny Testaverde's green helmet for the ball and awarding the Jets a TD in 1998 when he had been clearly stopped short of the goal line. That led to the reintroduction of instant replay. So it's ironic that the Seahawks were the victims that time. That said, the replacement officials are a joke, and should be replaced ASAP. We just have to remember the real officials aren't that good either.
Also, back in 1990, Colorado won a game on a fifth down and then went on to win the national championship that season. Yikes.
