What do you do to relax after your team lost in a game?

Of course we know other people in other places who create riot if theirteam lost. In general, you are upset, but how can you get over it?

That's an easy one...... Ice cream! Ice cream makes everyone feel better when they are down.

Continue on with life, it's not that serious. I do not get upset when my team lose. Win some, lose some that's the way the cookie crumbles. I'm happy when my team wins and if they just so happen to lose, I'm not ready to commit vandalism, call people out of their names and such. Seen it happen, some act like it's the end of the world.

I remember going out for a long bike ride after my team lost, it was very upsetting.  I needed to release my pent up frustration and disappointment.  Not surprisingly, many domestic violence cases are reported after the home team loses.  Scary.

Turn off the television, and take a walk around outside in the fresh air.

whenever my team lost in a game, what I usually do to relax is EAT and EAT and EAT.. I just don't know why or how eating relaxes me emotionally.  It's a way of removing my stress.. I usually have my attention diverted on the food that's why later I will forget about what had happened..

I'm a NY Jets fan. After amJets loss I read a funny novel. I do this because I get totally bumbed out to see my team lose.

Try and find the positives in the game and think positivly, get a nice hot shower or bath and have some food. Even go out for a walk/exercise. The release of hormones from exercise are relaxing and make you feel good naturally.
