He'll be IN COURT, TRYING to explain why he crashed his car into a neighbor's fence. NO DOUBT he was high at the time

He will not be in court. You had better be careful, you are setting yourself up for lawsuits with some of the comments you make without proof.

There is dangerous ground you tread when you violate someones right to privacy.  His innocense before any possible trial is also at risk.  He has a whole lot of problems and trouble to deal with as this is probably the tip of the iceberg for him.

Let the man live his life.  Why should a premptive accusation be added to his troubles?

Why? No one was hurt except him.

It's really hard to get sued or jailed for what COULD have happened.

But no one did, it was an accident pure and simple. People lose control of their cars every day. You or I do not know the facts of the case, you should think twice before libeling someone.

What, may I ask, do you have against the man, fishskin?

He has become like Sarah Palin ranting or David Letterman claiming that he has had sex with people on his staff. Tiger Woods has now become one of those celebrities.

I suggest you don't believe everything you read in the National Enquirer.
