Well, we are three weeks away from the second Major of the PGA schedule, the U.S. Open.  The 2010 U.S. Open will be played this year at Pebble Beach.  The last time the U.S. Open was played at Pebble, Tiger Woods obliterated the field to win his first U.S. Open.  Woods is scheduled to play this year but he has struggle in his return to competitive golf. Phil Mickelson won this year's Masters and tends to play very well at Pebble.  There are plenty of top-notch golfers in the field.  So, who would everyone like to see win the toughest major in golf?

It's always fun to see Tiger right in the mix... it at least provides some good drama.  But with everything going on with him, and the way he's been playing, its probably unrealistic to think he'll win.

Phil will have a good chance.  He's playing well and will have some momentum after wining the Masters.

But i think someone like westwood, who hasn't won a major yet, and has been playing great golf, will win.

Vanchen, good point about Lee Westwood.  He has been the best golfer not to win a major and he too played very good at Pebble ten years.  He finished third on a very tough course.

Plus he probably should of won the Masters.  Phil won't be as keen to win the US Open; and Westwood will.
