Sport for fitness

      I have always thought basketball was a great way to get in shape. If you play pickup basketball you run up and down the court a lot, while doing other athletic movements like shuffling and jumping.

    Soccer or Rugby is great because of all the running necessary. It will build muscle, but not the overt bulk that a sport like football would require.
