I would like to hear what people think is the most dangerous or difficult sport.

Most dangerous? I would say gymnastics or competitive cheer in terms of injuries sustained.

Most difficult? I think curling is obnoxiously difficult. I also tend to think it's a dumb sport general, so maybe that influences my ability to play it.

Hockey, hands down. Sliding, falling, scraping, rolling, slapping or flopped, knocked or punched, down on that ice can lead to all types of fatal injuries.
        In my opinion.

I think the most dangerous sport is MMA fighting.  The name of the game is to smash the other guy's head goop until he can't go any longer.  That can't be healthy.

We just watched a special about a new sport where a wing suit is worn and you fly down the mountain top.

Unbelievable - they sour against the rocky mountain edge.

I don't even like bridges let alone this sport - oh, my goodness. Here is the suit - wish I show it in flight - amazing - they really fly like birds.

They have a parachute on their back that they can deploy when they get close to the ground. It looks so fun!

Well, since last night I watched the Penguins game and after that I watched some Strikeforce MMA, I'm going to say . . .

Hockey is the most difficult sport. Not only are you skating on thin ice, you got to hit this little puck with a stick while somebody is looking to smash you.

MMA is the most dangerous. Anybody watch the fights on Saturday night? Rowdy Ronda Rousey rocks. LOL. In one of the prelims a Japanese fighter was bleeding incredibly, but he won a split decision. The split was mostly over his eye.

I think there are a lot of difficult sports. I think gymnastics ranks among the most difficult, because it is several sports in one. Men have to train on six different events that are completely different from each other. It takes an insane amount of physical conditioning. Doing a double back flip with a full twist and then grabbing onto an inch thick bar takes so much precision.
