You want to put on your Wet n Wild foundation before you apply anything else.Make sure your skin is washed and dry. If your skin is dry, it is a good idea to apply a basic skin moisturizer first. Any make will do.

Then either using your fingertips or a makeup brush, apply a little foundation cream or powder to your skin. I prefer cream as once applied it dries onto the skin.
