Causes and Control of Hairfall
In these modern days, along with the time we are also running and making ourselves busy with work not giving enough time for ourselves .We should spare some time for ourselves for our body and health. Hair though it is not a vital organ in our body it plays a vital part in our daily life.
Now a days hair fall has become a common problem for men and women. Even premature hair loss is also increased in young ones. Some amount of hair loss daily is common and it varies from person to person. If that fall is more you have to find out the reason behind it and pay a little attention and time to control it.
Let us see various reasons for hair loss :-
-Nutritional deficiencies ( vit A, vit B, vit E , protein, zinc)
-Stress, anxiety, worries, and depression
-High fever ( like typhoid),sudden weight loss.
-Pregnancy and after child birth.
-Extreme diet control and unbalanced diet
-Diseases like thyroid problems,syphilis,anemia,flu,chronic cold.
-Different hair styles,hair coloring products,improper hair brushing.
-Improper blood circulation to scalp.
- Healthy diet : Intake of protein rich food and iron rich food helps in reducing hair fall.Eat food containing vitamin B complex,vitamin A, vitamin E.Calcium strengthens hair follicles.So a balanced diet is really a prime necessity to control hair fall.
- Reducing anxiety , living a stress free life also helps.
- Sound sleep is also important .
- Hot oil massage before shampoo reduce hair fall.
- Wash your hair regularly with water and herbal shampoos. Use mild shampoos diluted with water.
- Reduce using hair dryers and hair dyes.
- Dandruff control
-Comb gently. use wide teeth comb.
-After head bath use your fingers and do a gentle massage on the scalp. Do not comb on wet hair.
-Hot oil massage before shampoo reduce hair fall.
I'm listing 10 home care methods.Try anyone method for 3-4 months for good results.
1. Boil the fenugreek seeds and then soak them in coconut oil, overnight. The next morning, massage your head with this oil for five minutes, concentrating on the balding areas. Repeat it every day and for few months .or soak these seeds in water overnight ,grind into paste in the morning and apply to the scalp,for 10 min,later wash it with herbal shampoo.this not only prevents hair fall but also reduces dandruff.
2.Apply coconut milk or coconut water to the hair and hair roots at least twice a week before head bath shows good results
3.Coriander leaves juice is apllied to the hair.it reduces hair fall and gives shine to ur hair.
7.Apply paste made of 1 spoon lime juice 5 spoons of curd and 2 spoons of green gram powder.wash the after 1 hour.
8.Take few henna leaves in a cup of mustard oil and boil.allow it cool strain the oil.apply and massage this oil daily to the scalp.
4.Aloe vera gel is applied to hair for half an hour and wash ur hair.
10.Mix amla powder in egg yolk and apply to the scalp,massage gently ,leave it for half an hour and wash it.
5.Apply henna powder mixed with egg white, lemon juice,and curd.It even work as natural hair dye and conditioner.
6.Basil leaves and neem leaves are grinded into paste and applied to the head for half an hour and wash ur hair.
9.Amaranthus juice is also used to reduce hair fall.
