Just around the corner

With Halloween approaching fast, children are getting excited. Yesterday evening we did Halloween themed nails, which have last until today for me this is amazing as nail polish immediately flakes off. I am a nail polish rookie, so I recently discovered what keeps the polish on isn't so much the type of polish you use but it is the base coat and the top coat that hold the secrets to long nail polish wear.

Step two

Apply a base coat. In this case I am using a base coat that I got from the dollar store. The base coat is also a top coat. These two in one formulas can help save money in the long run. Let the base coat dry before moving on.

Step three

Apply your first coat of colored polish to the nails over the bottom coat. You will find that this allows for the polish to go on smooth. Let it dry.
