How Do I Get Beautiful Skin — Home Remedies
We all cherish a soft, supple, well-toned, well-hydrated, and silky-smooth skin. Only, we need to do is to imbibe some home remedies in our day to day life which will result to get beautiful skin. Now I am going to describe how do I get beautiful skin through home remedies.
Common Skin Conditions or Skin Disorders List
Here I am going to provide the skin disorders list which are easily correctible through home remedies.
a) Dehydrated skin.
b) Rough skin.
c) Scar or rash.
e) Stretch marks.
f) Excessive fat deposition in the skin.
g) Acne or pimple.
All these above are treatable with home remedies very easily to achieve unblemished skin.
How Do I Get Beautiful Skin — Home Remedies
There are two things curative and preventative. First I am going to write curative, that is how to cure skin from blemishes, marks, pimples, and achieve a soft supple skin.

C) To get supple and smooth skin use the following face mask or face packs.
i) First and foremost on my list is Aloe Vera. Simply take out the pulp of aloe vera and rub it on your face for a few minutes and leave it on your face and wash it off after 30 minutes. It is good for toning, moisturizing, firming up skin, removing acne, removing sunburn and solving every worry associated with skin care. So, use natural aloe vera. If natural aloe vera is not available, then you can order aloe vera gel from the internet.
ii) Second in my list is sandalwood paste or oil. Sandalwood is antiinflammatory, antibacterial, and full of antioxidants and has great rejuvenating power and is very smoothening to our skin. Either apply sandalwood paste directly over your skin or sandalwood oil daily overnight.
iii) Third in my list is in India from ages we uses curd, gram flour and turmeric powder as a home made face pack and apply it and let it dry and then wash it off with cold water. Take two tablespoon of curd, take one tablespoon and pinch of turmeric powder and mix them well. This will give your skin a glow and healthy appearance.
iv) Take two tablespoon of skinned red lentil (masoor dal), dip it in water overnight with four almonds. Strain the lentil and almonds in the morning, ground them, put two tablespoon of raw milk in it and make them into a thick paste
v) Take a few mint leaves, ground them, add turmeric and a few drops of water. Mix them well and apply over your face for 20 minutes and wash it off.
vi) Diluted lavender oil with olive oil or almond oil and apply it over your skin and leave it overnight. It tones up the skin and remove stretch marks and stop acne.
vii) Several kinds of aromatic oils like chamomile, sweet almond, jojoba, and avocado which have great skin healing and toning potential. You can apply them overnight and realize their true potential in a month.
viii) For scrubbing, I have a shop nearby my office where they used to produce almond oil. I bring that residue of almond and one can rub it over skin. It is a great scrub with all the necessary minerals and benefits of almonds which exfoliates and reenergizes our skin.
ix) Apricot Scrub too helps in exfoliating and reenergizing our skin. One can use fresh apricot pulp with its kernel or dried apricot with its kernel. Ground the apricot with its kernel and scrub your skin.
x) Whenever you clean your face, clean it with cotton dipped in milk instead of cosmetic products.
How To Protect Skin— Home Remedies
a) First and foremost thing is hydration. For hydration, keep drinking water every few hours you are awake to keep your skin hydrated. This is the natural way of moisturizing your skin. So, an adult body needs approximately 3 liters of drinking water for male and 2.5 liters for female. Our body's 60% weight is water and we need to constantly refuel it with drinking water.
b) The real reason behind wrinkles and aging is sun rays. So the next time you step out, cover your skin properly especially your face. The ultraviolet rays emanating from the sun breaks down the elastin of our skin which gives our skin elasticity and makes it youthful, due to which our skin ages quickly and before time we look older. Also, excessive sun exposure can cause skin cancer, blemishes, spots, and tumors.
c) Avoid use of cosmetic beauty products as several of them causes irreparable damage to your skin while giving short term beauty enhancement. Instead opt for home made herbal products which are natural.
d) Eat healthy and timely. What you eat is what it shows up on your skin. So, eat healthy to maintain a healthy skin and also in a timely manner. Do not skip breakfast or lunch and have dinner on time.
f) Exercise is one of the most important things to reduce the ageing of your skin and give you a youthful glow. Incorporate exercise and yoga in your daily life however busy you are. Do exercise whenever you have a little time but do not neglect it.
