It is also a good idea for you to gain some kind of work experience. Although gaining work experience is not mandatory, it is a good idea think about working in a dental surgery while you study. Even if you are working as a receptionist or something of this nature. It will look better on your resume if you have some kind of work experience under your belt.
Remember in order to become a dental hygienist, it does require hard work and dedication to studying and passing your dental hygienist course. Once you have passed and you have gained your license you can start looking for work as a dental hygienist in a dental surgery.
