Our skin is the outer cover of our body, and is the first of the body organ that is exposed directly to sunlight and the effect of direct sun light can cause damage. Even the foods we eat do affect our skin texture both positively and negatively, which may manifest in any part of the body, be it face, head or armpit

Other causes of poor skin can also result due to our emotion behavior and one of this is stress, when stressed your skin will have pimples and dark spot under the eyes. Since our skin is directly exposed to the sunlight, severe sunlight will cause skin dehydration which causes the skin to look dry and pale

Most of the food we eat more so processed food causes our skin to age faster by disrupting the body’s process of breaking down old skin to new skin. To avoid this effect you should eat fresh and healthy food from the garden.

Low fat food are recommended to avoid faster skin aging, and it is beneficial to eat a lot of fruits, fresh vegetable and drink plenty of good natural water which have high oxygen in it. Be doing a lot of exercise and have enough sleep.

For you to maintain healthy skin, it is recommended to take olive oil and nuts, always avoid food in high saturated fat mainly found in meat, butter, and full fat diary, other drinks to avoid are soft drinks and baked food like cakes, pastries and potatoes theses food are known to increase the skin wrinkling which aids skin aging faster

Studies have found out that sun exposure and smoking be it tobacco or any other smoked substance contribute to the production of free radicals which normally damage our cell structure.

It is recommended to take black tea to avoid skin which help reduces skin problems; the black tea should be missed with lemon for it to be effective
