Miss Jessie's Quick Curls Review

Miss Jessie's Quick Curls Review

Miss Jessie's Quick Curls is a light moisturizing and styling cream, designed to control frizz and define curls and enhance curls. It has a very light, pleasant scent with a hint of ginger and lime. It goes on light and doesn't weigh the hair down, yet it still adds curl definition.

Miss Jessie's also advertises Quick Curls as a detangler, but I've never tried as such.

After experimenting with most of the Miss Jessie's product line, I'm now down to a routine of their salon silkeners plus Quick Curls, their lightest curl cream. If you need more hold, try Miss Jessie Curly Pudding instead.

Great for curly hair. Miss Jessie's salon uses it for their deep conditioning treatments (but it's not a Miss Jessie's product). I like it as a leave-in conditioner.

How I Use Quick Curls on my Hair

After years as a Miss Jessie's customer, I'm now down to a routine of their salon silkeners and a tube of Miss Jessie's Quick Curls. My hair is more aggressively silkened at this point (I'm a 3b now) so I don't need as much product to get my hair to do what I want it to do.Just a little curl-enhancing with this product is all I need.

Thanks to Miss Jessie's, my morning hair routine now goes something like this: Get in the shower without a shower cap, fling my hair once or twice under the water stream a little to get it damp. Squeeze a small dollop of Quick Curls in my palm (I usually mix it with some Terax Crema conditioner, which I use as a leave-in), quickly rake it through my damp hair with my hands, and air dry while I get dressed, (or blow dry with a diffuser if it's cold outside). How simple is that? I love it!

Also, since I mentioned Terax, you should know that I starting using because Miss Jessie's Salon uses it on me for deep conditioning. I use it as a daily leave-in conditioner on the days that I don't shampoo and condition my hair.
