Tired of Tattoo?
"I have broken up with my boyfriend, and I want to erase his name on my ankle." Here's the best way to remove a tattoo.
Laser tattoo removal is the most effective and least invasive option in removing your unwanted tat. It has a low risk of scarring with minimal, if any, side effects, and is practically bloodless. Depending on the kind of tattoo, it can be removed in one session or after several sessions.
Alternatives to laser removal include dermabrasion, which uses a small sander to remove the surface layer of the skin. There is also excision, or the surgical removal of a segment of skin; after which, skin is sewn back together to form a scar patch.
These options, however, may cause significant skin damage and scarring and may be resorted to only for tiny tattoos or is laser surgery is not at all possible.
Therefore, think big before getting yourself inked!
