So you're looking for a change, and wondering what color should I dye my hair. Well look no farther, you should dye your hair red for a glamorous change. Hairstyles and colors have enormous affects on our moods and attitudes. For instance, brown hues may make you feel a bit more serious. Blonde hues may make us a bit more happy and upbeat, but red will make you feel more sexy and daring. And, at about only 2% of the human race owning this fiery color you will be sure to stand out from the rest of the pack. How many blondes do you see on a daily basis? A red head is almost guaranteed to catch anyone’s eye if only for the fact that you never see them, and people (especially men) are attracted to something different, something new and exciting.

There are so many shades of red to try out, have fun with it. Red works well with all skin tones. I have fair skin and I know a lot of us with a light complexion worry about what we can pull off. Do not fear red is made for you. You can work any shade of red, and Bright reds actually look better on fair skin. It will warm your skin up and take your from pretty to bomb shell!

If your looking for those who have went this route to get some confirmation that all will indeed be well, I can personally tell you that I have been doing my hair red for the last few years and ummm blonde who? I’ve done the fire engine red (my personal favorite) auburn, strawberry blonde, and everything else in between. But don’t listen to me, have you checked out Rihanna, Christina Hendricks, Isla Fisher, or maybe Amy Adams?

As far as maintenance goes red does fade quickly so you will need to keep up with it. Also you will want to try to wash every other day to extend the life of your color and your going to want to find a good shampoo / conditioner specifically for colored hair. They also have some awesome color depositing shampoos out there that you will fall in love with. That’s it, not too hard huh.
