   I think it's how they carry it, Emma Watson and Halle Berry are some of the few Hollywood stars that had  cut their hair short and the result is amazing they look so pretty

    Look at all the critique Emma Watson got when she got a short hair cut.
    You don't hear people complain: Why does she have long hair?
    
    Halle Berry did pull it off, but she would still be considered prettier by many people if she had long hair.
    
    Long hair is considered sexy because long ago long healthy looking hair was a sign of good health, so a good mate with good genes.

    Personally I like to see short hair in ladies, some are sexier than others but I wouldn't say that it is a route to looking sexy ...it might help a little!

    What % of women think waist length hair is sexy on a man? Conversely, what % of men think very short hair on a woman is sexy? Don't know for sure but I'd bet its a low % for both. However, people should wear whatever length suits them without worrying about it, for if by choice then its part of who a person is and like attracts like in this situation.

    Yes they are.  I find that women with short hair tend to be less worried about what I think about them.  That's actually attractive.

    All about the bone structure.  A round face can't pull off short hair as well as one with bony cheeks.
    
    Most celebs are skinnier with more slender faces, and need an added flair when they're in the spotlight.  That's why its best for them.
    
    Flair might not be something everyone wants or has, but it can create a personality that some guys fall in love with.  Didn't Kanye West have a bald girlfriend for awhile?

    Yes, some girls just look amazing with short hair. It all depends on the shape of your face.  Charlize Theron had short hair for years and she looked good.

    It's not the hair that makes a person 'sexy', it's their whole countenance.  Also, what one person finds sexy can vary dramatically from what the next person finds sexy. If you want a perfect example of short hair and sexy - Halle Berry.

    Long hair usually, but it also depends on the hair. Thin or wispy hair needs to be short, otherwise it will take away from the woman's sexiness. On the other hand, any woman will look sexier if she has thick, shiny, long, wavy hair.

    It depends on the cut and on the person. She is definitely beautiful. I think some women have chopped their hair short and it has been a horrible mistake. So it all depends on the individual.

    It depends on your own style and if compliments you. Personally, as someone who had long hair for years and years, short hair definitely looks better on my head. My confidence is much higher, I feel more feminine, and I get more compliments on my hair than I ever have before.
    
    But again, it all depends on personal style.
