I found a small handbag that seems to have a plastic like cover that is carved with a fluer de lis design and is trimmed in gold. Inside the bag is a small compartment, a powder compartment, two coin compartments and a little page for notes or in this case - phone numbers. This has a little chain to wear on your wrist. This was in a trunk storing a young ladies "treasures" sometime in the first quarter of the 1900's. Any information that can be provided to help me determine a value would be appreciated.
