For a quick once over try cleaning them with a damp rag to get any residue or loose dirt and then take an eraser to remove any stubborn spots. I like those big white ones you get at office supply stores.
If that doesn't get them clean enough you can wash them in cold water with an Oxy detergent. Don't dry them in the dryer or wash in warm water, heat is what messes up the shape. Set them out on the patio or balcony where they can air dry.
Take out the shoe strings and soak them in a jar of water/bleach solution then rinse well and hang to dry.
Your shoes should look nice and clean and retain their shape.
