If you are diabetic you shouldn't use any glucose containing ingredients. Mix 2 tablespoons of green tea powder. 2 teaspoons of ground up dried orange and lemon peel. 1 Tablespoon of white flour. 1 teaspoon of honey; honey can be used because it does not contain much simple glucose but others like fructose and sucrose thus not affecting any bodily sugar. Add enough water to make the mixture thick (thick enough to stick on to your skin).
Apply where you wish. If applying to face you may want to add glycerine.
Leave for a duration of 15 to 25 minutes. Don't over do it!!!
