   Get clothes that FIT!! I've been there myself, I put on a few pounds but I was reluctant to step up to that next size.. But nothing makes you feel worse that feeling stuffed in your clothes, and when you pull on that pair of jeans that fits you in all the right places you feel like a million bucks no matter what the size!

   Wearing v necked tops lengthens the body, and wearing dark colours is a great trick too.  I find that a navy or vneck sweater (NOT cable or rib-knit) that is long enough to just reach my hips is flattering.  I pair this with a matching pair of dark pants and then brighten it up with a scarf or my red leather purse (I adore it).    Yes, definitely wear clothes that actually fit you. My other suggestion is instead of wearing sleeveless or really short sleeves, wear 3/4 length sleeves. You'd be amazed at how much more sliming that looks.

   First of all..IF you are not happy with the way you are..and its not a medical condition..A diet could be the first step.
   
   However, meanwhile DONT wear clothes that show the spare bits..dont try to fit into things that are too small, if it fits properly it will feel better and you will look good whatever your size.

   Love yourself and what you have been given. Wear loose clothes - that way it'll hide the bulges.  If you are a girl wear a scarf too - it'll add a touch of class.

   Get an advice from personal stylist/shopper, who can teach you what type of clothes suits you - and u will look fab! As to feeling good - its a bit more complicated and requires some work on your personal issues. You can start with finding within yourself what it is that actually makes you feel good on a daily basis and always remember it. If there is something that you don't feel good about - then I'd say get some professional help (life coach/nlp practitioner/etc), attend some personal development workshops.

    Being plus size doesn't mean that you can't wear all white and look good, that you can't wear fitting clothing, that you can't wear all of the latest styles and look and feel great.  The key is to getting clothes that fit your body type, whether you are plus sized or not.  You don't have to cover yourself up with baggy clothing and scarves around your neck (wearing a scarf is a personal choice, it does not determine how much of class you may or may not have).  Check out blogs or other information online that describes the type (not style, but TYPE) of clothing fits what body type (not size, but TYPE).  Also, since the average person cannot afford to hire a personal stylist, try dropping into a retail store like Macy's or JCPenny where an associate can actually help you choose clothing for your body type.

    Feel confident (or try to act positive) and smile, smile, smile!  It makes an unbelievable difference, and will make a plus-sized person instanly look a lot more attractive and fun than a slender counterpart who is not doing anything about their inner selves.

    In my opinion when one is plus size one can wear whatever one feels comftable and sexy to. As long as you wear whatever you are wearing and you ROCK IT WITH CONFIDENCE, you'll look good in it. Its important to be confident but not too cocky.

    wear something that you are comfortable. I am a plus size but I am not too conscious about rules on what to wear when you are bigger...at present I am comfortable with long shirts, fitting pants...

    I learned from a friend that it is not important which size you have. Just wear what you would like to wear if you would be perfectly comfortable with your figure. Because then you show others that you feel alright with your body and do not want to hide anything. I hope I could help at least a bit. :-)
