Strawberry helps to make our skin glow and makes it smooth

    The free radical hormone production is lowered as strawberry contains a lot of anti-oxidants that helps to reduce the production of free radical which makes the skin to look old. It also helps to reduce facial pimples and hence it is necessary to eat 3 or 4 strawberries per day which is very healthy especially when included in morning break fast..
