Look for the ICE CREME product at a drug store and read the instructions. I dye my hair blonde all the time and its by far the best. I've used many products.
        Good Luck.

your best bet is to consult a good hair stylist who specializes in hair color.

they suggest bleach straightway and do tell that your hair might fall,as its harsh on your hair

Make sure to avoid bleaching your hair, its best to use a booster with a professional salon color. Just check your beauty supply store.
