Skin is no doubt the largest body organ in our body. Average weight of skin of a man is near about 5kg and an average weight of skin of women is 3 kg. A person’s personality big part is dependant on the type of skin. If a person have some wrinkles on its skin even its age is not too much then that will seems to be an old male or female. People having skin disorders become a laughing stock for the whole world.
These all things are against the dignity of any person and that’s why that person become ashamed & pessimist. There are many artificial treatments like using creams and make up kits but in my ways these are not as much successful as a natural treatment.
So I want to tell you some natural tips of your skin care as follows:
1. Light make up
A heavy make up blocks all of your skin pores that’s why a light make up should use whenever you have to go outside. Heavy make up always gives a tired and overlook to your personality.
2. Protection of skin from Sun
In summer this is the most beneficial skin care tip. Sun damages your skin very much. It also cause many diseases such as sun burn, darkness & even skin cancer. So most of the time in summer, use a big hat or a small amount of sun screen lotion to get rid of it.
3. Healthy food
Healthy food is one of the necessary element in making your skin fresh. Healthy food not only make your skin fresh but it also helpful in giving required nutrients to the body.
4. Drinking of pure water
Drinking of pure water is a secret of healthy and fresh skin. Water after going into the body remove the deficiency of oxygen and clean the skin from harmful toxins. Drinking 2 liter water in a day is a good average for the whole body.
5. Daily Exercise
A balanced exercise remove dead skin cells from skin because of sweating. With the help of exercise skin tone become maximum tight and lines and wrinkles from the skin are removed. .
In cleansing, first step is to cleanse your face. If your skin is a bit sensitive then go to skin cleanser for proper cleansing. Face should be cleansed at least twice a day.
7. Manicures and Pedicures
Skin care doesn’t means that caring of face skin. We can’t ignore our hands and feet as talking about skin remedies. You should give yourself a deep pedicure and manicure in a month. If you keep you hands clean the there will be a narrow chance bacterial and fugal growth.
8. Use a antibacterial Soap
Using a anti bacterial soap also help in minimizing threats of skin diseases. So take bath daily and use the soap whenever you come out from the toilet.
9. Moisturize lightly
A light moisturizing is pretty much helpful for re hydration of skin. Excessive cleaning of skin dehydrate your skin that’s why taking moisture artificially is beneficial. The person having oily skin should avoid moisturizing.
10. A good sleep
Last but not the least, a natural skin treatment is taking a sleep of 7 to 8 hours daily. This beauty sleep freshens your skin as well as remove dark circles around you eyes.
