1941 Chris-Craft Runabout, Dame and a HackerCraft on Lake St. Clair deedsphotos

Dame, 1941 Chris-Craft Runabout Many Detroiters like to restore old cars and old boats. Dame is a 1941 ChrisCraft Runabout owned by John Wayman and John Garr. Dame is a real beauty, carefully restored to near original condition. In the pictures below she's parked for dinner at Crescent Sail Yacht Club on Lake St. Clair. The Chris-Craft legend began in Algonac, Michigan, on the St. Clair River in 1874 when Christopher Columbus Smith built his first boat at age 13.
