Birds of Prey review, round 2. Due to events beyond anyone's control, I have one point that has still not been met when I do a band review: dance floor. I did this review because this band still plays with heart, passion and power even when the crowd is very low. A true sign of a great band.

Review of a performance by Phoebe Legere with Dr. Barnaby Ruhe. The event was at the Antonio Samemme Foundation on Hamilton St. in Allentown, pa. This was first for me. I had never been to a performing arts event. What I experienced, I don't think I will again in my life.
