From the time I was a small child, I experienced bouts of depression, "the plague" I've always thought of it as. When I was a child, those dark days were worse than any boogey-man. I have left most of it behind after a lot of hard work, but I think it's important to talk about it and perhaps help another person start the journey back into the light and out of the gloom and sadness of depression.
